Breathe & Restore

This practice links body and breath through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, and the wisdom of sound. We begin by cultivating awareness with mindful movement, creating space from tension held in the body and clearing the chatter in the mind to deepen the connection to the self. As you settle into presence, the practice deepens into active breathwork, guided by music, to nourish the nervous system and restore balance. We close the practice with a sound meditation to  help ease the body into a state of down-regulation, preparing you for deep rest. This class supports your natural ability to reset, leaving you centered, nourished, and restored.

Breathe & Release

This practice uses active breath, guided by music, as a powerful tool to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  We allow the breath to take us into a state shift, creating space for whatever is present. Invigorating and energizing, the practice activates the body and clears stagnant energy, making room for release and catharsis. It invites us into a practice of deep listening and release, allowing the breath to guide the journey. We close with a sound meditation, guiding you into a state of integration and calm, leaving you open, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.
