Sacred Birth: A 6 Week Prenatal Yoga Series

Mama’s to be it’s time to gather together once again. You are invited into this circle of support to explore your pregnancy, birth and postpartum as a rite of passage.
Each week we will engage with a different theme related to the child bearing continuum, opening our sessions with a somatic inquiry and a little bit of discussion before moving into a yoga practice. Our yoga practice will emphasize cultivating a felt sense awareness of the body and her trusting her instinctual intelligence.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome!
This six-week series will include:
postures for stretching and strengthening pelvis & pelvic floor awareness exercises
labor and birthing positions
breath work
Jaime is a certified yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist, and doula. She has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and first began supporting mothers, babies, and families through birth and postpartum in 2016. She has studied Ayurvedic postpartum care, prenatal massage, and pre-postnatal yoga. In 2023 she apprenticed as a birth assistant with Midwife Mieko Aoki here on Kaua’i.

Breathe & Expand: A Weekend Immersion into Practice & Presence

Step into a weekend of deep transformation, designed to immerse you in breathwork, movement, and sound while equipping you with the tools to navigate your inner world with clarity, confidence, and compassion. Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice, explore emotional release, or learn how to support others with more presence, this experience invites you to slow down, drop in, and expand.
Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and self inquiry work, we will explore the layers of release, integration, and embodiment. This weekend is crafted for anyone seeking personal growth, self-awareness, and deeper connection - whether for your own journey or to enhance the way you show up for others.
What to expect:
Foundational self-inquiry – deepening personal awareness and cultivating self-compassion
The role of presence – learning how to hold space for yourself and others with authenticity
Trauma-informed care – understanding regulation, safety, and nervous system awareness
Somatic practice – integrating breath, movement, and body-based wisdom community connection – practicing attunement, listening, and shared space-holding
Each day will weave between immersive breathwork experiences, reflective learning, and hands-on practice - balancing deep inner work with practical tools. We’ll explore how to navigate emotions, regulate the nervous system, and create a grounded, heart-centered presence - whether you wish to deepen your personal practice or simply learn how to hold space with more compassion and understanding.
This weekend is open to anyone curious about exploring themselves more deeply, cultivating connection, and expanding into their full presence.
Join Lihi for a 3-hour immersive journey designed to clear, awaken, and integrate.
This workshop weaves movement, breathwork, sound, and integration to ground and support release, renewal, and deep connection.
We'll begin by dropping in - arriving fully in the body, setting intentions, and opening space for shared presence. Taking a moment to journal, we'll invite reflection and intention-setting, allowing thoughts and emotions to surface with clarity.
Through active breath, guided by music, we’ll move through layers of resistance, creating space for emotional release and energetic clearing. This practice is an invitation into deep listening, catharsis, and expansion.
From breath, we'll transition into stillness. a sound meditation guides the body into a state of deep integration, allowing the nervous system to down-regulate and absorb the experience. as we emerge, we'll hold space for embodied reflection, journaling, and sharing - offering time to land, connect, and carry the practice forward.
This workshop is a space for personal transformation and community connection - a place to breathe, release, and return home to yourself.
